Masterclass Curriculum
The Collaboration Masterclass is a 4-week online program consisting of 3 live sessions and a coaching call. An in-person version is also available if you want to train with your team in-house.
2 weeks before first session (1 HOUR)
Pre-Masterclass Preparation
- Conduct a self-assessment to evaluate your current collaboration skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Complete a pre-session onboarding so we can tailor the masterclass to effectively address each participant's specific needs and status quo.
